Below you will find key details regarding our fulfillment process, ocean transit timelines, and international delivery guidelines.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment Time

All lawn mower orders require 2 business days for handling, packaging, and freight preparation prior to dispatch.

  • Processing Window: Please allow 2 business days for our warehouse team to inspect, pack, and secure your equipment.

  • Dispatch Notification: You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with ocean bill of lading / carrier tracking details as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will enter processing on the next business day.

Please note: Order processing and handling time is distinct from and not included in the ocean freight delivery estimate.
